Easter, Whit, Christmas and New Year weeks

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before travel.

Bed linen and towels can be supplied at a charge of £15 per set.

We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs, but they must be kept off furniture and beds.  A charge of £20 per dog  will be levied at time of booking.  If additional cleaning required  (i.e dogs have been on furniture) a further charge will be made.

A £200 deposit per week is required.  The typical electricity charge is circa £70 per week during summer months, the balance of £130 is a bond against damages.  Any overpayment will be refunded in full by cheque to your home address.  Meter readings must be supplied and damages notified at earliest opportunity to give us the chance to rectify before next guests.
